are some of our most shared, universal, and necessary tonalities/foci/training wheels
for commuication of observation


moderation is key, so, even this should be taken in moderation
(extremities are neccesary; defines limits and borders)
tension, release; examples of above: consonant for foundation and dissonance IS movement

awareness of limits
not neccesarily what they are, but knowing they are there
is key to freedom
